Thank you for sharing your review of your journey through Austria, Switzerland and Bavaria. It is encouraging to learn that your Travel Director managed the itinerary so capably, and that his knowledge and approachable manner made a favourable impression. We will gladly pass on your kind words to him. We were pleased to read that you found the restaurant choices quite good and the venues beautiful, and that the Local Guides conveyed such passion for their subjects. We note that you considered the hotels to be acceptable rather than outstanding, and we will share this observation with our Operations Department so that it may be given careful consideration. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review of your journey through Egypt. It is very encouraging to learn that the trip offered you a fascinating perspective on ancient Egypt and its remarkable history, and that your Egyptologist contributed so much to the sense of wonder. His depth of knowledge is central to the experience of visiting such significant sites, and we will gladly pass on your kind words to him. We were pleased to read that the small size of your group made the tours more intimate and allowed you to become acquainted with your fellow travellers. We also appreciate your honest observation that one day included too many venues, leaving you to dine as late as nine o'clock in the evening. We were sorry that this made for a tiring day, and we will share your comments with our itinerary planning team so that the pacing of such days may be considered carefully. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review of your journey through Italy. It is very encouraging to learn that your Coach Driver was so professional and courteous, and that his skill in navigating the coach through crowded and narrow streets left such an impression. We will gladly pass on your kind words to him. We were especially pleased to read of your Travel Director's care and attentiveness. Ensuring that the Local Guides understood the importance of your being close enough to hear them, particularly when the microphone did not work well for you, is exactly the kind of consideration we hope every guest will receive. His organisation, knowledge and friendly manner are warmly appreciated, and we will share your comments with him. We also value your candid description of the itinerary. You are quite right that it is a full and energetic programme, with early breakfasts and departures, and your advice will be helpful to prospective travellers deciding whether this pace suits them. It is gratifying that you felt it offered such a rewarding overview of Italy and its principal cities. Thank you once again for taking the time to write to us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.
