As we mentioned in the email you sent us, we do our best to inform our customers about the traffic restrictions. On your voucher was mentioned that designated pick up location for your hotel (which is located in central Reykjavik where traffic to buses is restricted) will be Bus Stop 1. Information about traffic restriction is also available on the product description. Alternatively your hotel reception can also assist you with direction to closes designated pick up location. Our driver was at the pick up location looking for you. We are sorry you could not reach us over the phone, but in high season the waiting time on the phone line may be longer than expected.

Please note that on the voucher as well as on our website we inform our customers about the location of our terminal - Reykjavik Terminal, Skogarhlid 10. You booked a transfer from our terminal to Keflavik Airport and the transfer was operated accordingly, however it seems that you ended up to a different terminal not related to Gray Line.
