Route was great as were the e-bikes. Support by your Spanish associates was excellent. Overall hotels were great. I will send more detailed comments later.

Thank you for your recent review from your cycling holiday. Sorry to hear certain areas of this trip were not of a great standard. I will pass your feedback onto the relevant supplier.

This will help improve future customer bookings. For info, more and more of the cycling holidays we offer now include GPX files, so this should further improve navigation if you use a Garmin or similar. Not all holidays have them at the moment, but we can check for any future bookings.

We appreciate your honesty and wherever necessary will improve on any areas by passing customer feedback onto the suppliers.

The bikes are heavy because they need to be sturdy and durable for the season. They are modern and ride well. We tend not to offer road bikes unless they are being used on a specific road biking holiday. Some tours are not suitable for narrow tyres or the surfaces aren't good enough.

Unfortunately with the bed type it does vary from hotel to hotel and its not something we can guarantee as a preference you require. We are trying to improve this though.
