I'm pleased to see that you are happy with the service we offered seeing as you have provided a 4* rating however I'm sorry I don't really understand your comments regarding shipping all the crocs in boxes. Hi, Many thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the cost of shipping to your country and that you were not aware that you would now be liable for import duty and taxes since the UK left the EU. Since Brexit the UK has become a third country and goods shipped from the UK to any EU are not part of free circulation. The goods therfore are required to go through customs clearance which does incur extra costs and the goods may be liable for import duty and taxes. All shipments sent by forward2me are shipping as delivery duty unpaid, this is communicated to our customers in our terms of trade and we also mention this in our faq section. For this reason we have now opened a facility in Germany so our EU customers can use this address to purchase goods within the EU and the goods will move within the free trade area.
