Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Great service, the only problem is that a 7:30 flight from palma T’s too early, if it wasn’t for this it would be a 5 star review.

Thank you for your review. When clients book their holiday know the flight times, so it is not a surprise the return flight is early. However, we are looking into it for next programmes :)

Great holiday overall

Excellent and convenient holiday direct from the Isle of Man to Majorca including transfer to our accommodation. Great service in general. Only one real issue was we had to queue for nearly an hour...

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you weren't aware of the Tourist Tax in the Balearic Islands. This has been in place for some years now and is detailed fully on our website. A majority of hotels and restaurants in Spain have now moved to a QR code system to reduce touch points post Covid, but this is not the kind of information that is communicated to operators. They should however have been able to provide hard copy menus and details if required, and I'm sorry if this was not the case. Room requests are passed on to the hotel however cannot be guaranteed. We do hope these issues don't prevent you from travelling with us again in the future.
