Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Service was excellent. Everything on time. Palma airport was chaotic however. TUI rep difficult to find for transfer bus.

Disappointing

Overall a good experience but major drawback was not being able to consume alcohol and we were inform it was a CITH decision. It was like being treated as children. Very disappointing

Many Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the challenges faced by airports everywhere at the moment are having an affect on onboard service availability on some routes, and for this summer we took the decision to offer something that we could confidently guarantee across our flights, rather than a service that we may promise but then not always be able to deliver on. Given the short duration of our flights we didn't anticipate this being a significant problem, however we are very sorry that you were disappointed.

Excellent flight, taxi waiting for us nice hotel - pity hotel food wasn’t a bit better. On the whole the holiday was excellent. Hope Fly Direct will have holidays to other places

Brilliant to be able to flight directly from Guernsey. Flight on time and helpful, cheerful crew. Really good service there and back.

Excellent trip. Travel was very easy. Venue very good standards

Overall very good. Only flaw was private transfer. Wasn’t easy to find assistance and then had to wait approx 45 mins which private transfer is not really acceptable

We do apologise for the inconvenience cause with the transfer, however delays and disruptions happening lately at the airports are affecting this service too. We hope this issue didn't stop you from having a wonderful holiday in sunny Majorca.
