Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

I would use this service again and recommend. We need more fly direct options. It made our holiday not to have to go to London.

Great holiday

Everything was as it should be, though because we were the only guests at our hotel, we were given a taxi voucher. Great?! No, one and a half hour wait!!

Thank you for your review. We're happy to hear that your holiday unfolded smoothly. With regards to the transfer, such a long waiting time was caused by the busy period of the year (Christmas). Otherwise, we hope you had a wonderful time in Tenerife :)

Vad Miss K Quemard sa om FlyDirect:

Very disappointed with out going flight

E-mail received informing us there would be beer & wine to purchase, however there was only soft drinks available! I am a nervous flyer & a drink would have been welcome

Many Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately due to a change in where our aircraft came in from on the 20th December a buy on board and alcohol service was not possible at short notice, however we hope that the complimentary soft drinks and snacks offered instead went some way to making up for this. We hope you had a wonderful holiday in Tenerife.

Flights ok but in air service was terrible. V limited choice

Really disappointed with the in air service. In email states that it will include tea, coffee, beer wine and snacks but this was not true. Extremely limited - worst selection ever
