Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Don’t order…

Rubbish, lied about dispatch, don’t answer phones, rude customer service…. Claimed money back via bank. Took money in a second knowing they had no carpet. Never order from this company

Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review, it is honest and you make some very valid points. Unfortunately, due to the current situation, all of our drivers are restricted by covid regulations, it is the only safe way in which we are able to keep on trading. I'm very sorry that this was an inconvenience for you, but it is a necessary evil in current times. We do advise all of our customers to ensure that they have an additional recipient if this is necessary to take delivery, as we don't always have two drivers to a van, particularly with our outsourced deliveries. I apologise again for the inconvenience, fingers crossed the regulations will all be revised again soon, and we can return to normal. Best wishes Hayley Flooring Direct
