Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hi Istvan Thank you for your feedback. It appears we had a few different email addresses for you which might be why you didn't receive renewal terms. I can confirm we now have the email address as per your request 04/01/2022. On renewal multiple rating factors are taken into consideration, some examples include: the individual characteristics of a plan, location, claims in the area, the rise of catastrophes nationally has also impacted our reinsurance costs.
