Easy to apply for but the proof is in the claiming so five stars for the application procedure. I am unable to comment on anything else.

Very fair pet insurance for exotic animals reasonably priced and prompt service and nice people to talk to it’s an all round feelgood factor in an age when vet fees are extraordinarily high

Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

I was named on a friends policy. When I had to deal with a claim on my friends behalf Exotic Direct were very supportive and made the process easy. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful.
