The advisor was excellent although the wait time to speak to them was higher than perhaps would have been ideal. This said there are alternative ways to pay renewal which don’t necessitate a call.

Informative and uncomplicated

It was nice not to have to worry about remembering to renew the policy . The information which I was sent in the post was clear and it was nice to file it safely away .

Seems this was in part my own problem as whilst all feedback communication was sent via email the renewal information was sent by post and I hadn't updated my postal address. An email to indicate renewal information has been issued by post could be a useful process step or even better have your renewal information sent by email. Thanks, Simon
