Friendly and efficient

I called in to enquire about a claim, both Alice and Nathan were lovely to talk to, and they talked me through the claim process. Got paid for the claim within a couple of days too, so yea. Happy :)

Haven't really had to use the ser, but there is no constant pressure from them, however, would be nice if prices were reviewed and lowered rather than going up every year
