We regret you find the tone of our replies are not to your liking, as a professional business we are simply defending our position when a review is posted and are entitled to do so factually from our perspective - pointing out any discrepancies which do not reflect the situation in our opinion. This review is not accuratley reflecting your contact, you were advised to email our customer service team with your query and you chose to phone a different team here who rightly could not assist you. That is why you were asked to email to a team who could address it. When you did email Customer service, they replied to you inside their timescales as showing on their auto reply, and in fact around 24 hours on each occasion with full clarity on the situation. We are sorry you will probably not be appreciative of the frank content of our reply here, non the less it is accurate.

Good web materials. Fairly easy to book. However the whole process needs some firm of human contact? Perhaps a quick call from an agent to a customer once booking is confirmed?
