Phone manners not great put pressure on me for a sale

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received. After listening to the calls and trying to obtain more information from you via the phone call today, we do believe that this low star rating is not reflective of the service and support you received from our team when you booked with us and since you booked with us.
Our company policy is not to email quotes throughout our peak time and we are deeply sorry that this policy has meant we have fallen short on our service to you. We are 100% happy that there was no pressure placed on you to book with us.

So u asked for my opinion I give it. You then disagree. Phone me at home cause me grief and that’s before I’ve even been on the holiday. What a **** company. Can I give u zero stars. What a joke.

Good Morning, We called to understand your review in more detail because after listening to the calls between you and our sales team we did not understand why you may feel like this and we wondered if you could offer more information to support this review.
We are still none the wiser on the reasons for you feeling in this way other than our no email policy in peaks, which we extend a further apology.
