Website drop downs confusing
When choosing Heathrow as departure airport in drop down don’t expect to see Gatwick as an option or at least it should give a warning.

Miss Jere, as you will be aware from accepting the terms and conditions when you booked online on our website, the airlines may have reason to bring forward their ticket deadline due to them wanting committment on the seat reserved for you by you making payment for it. This is often so they can manage availablity for other passengers and organise scheduling. You have a choice not to pay but any perception that we can control this is not correct and we can only pass on such information once they advise. We trust that this clarifies that we are neither disorganised nor unprofessional and welcome a revision of this review once you have had time to verify what has been said.

I have not spoken to anyone on the team as yet but I found the website east to navigate, and the paperwork came through very promptly. The cost of the holiday was very competitive too!
