We will ensure that your kind words are passed on to them. We also appreciate your comments on the hotels. We understand that some rooms were smaller than you might have wished, and we are encouraged that they were clean and that the staff were so accommodating. We hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

Thank you for such a detailed and constructive review, and for travelling with us on two occasions. We are pleased to learn that you found our Travel Directors and Coach Drivers so genuine and dedicated, and we will ensure that your kind words are passed on to them. It is also encouraging that stops such as Hotel Weatherford, Cameron Trading Post and Route 66 added so much to the journey. We are sorry that the hotel at one stop was not up to standard, and that the time allowed at Zion felt so rushed. Your suggestion of either extending the itinerary by a day or reconsidering the stop is a thoughtful one, as is your preference for two-night stays to allow for practical needs such as laundry. We also regret that the slot canyon staff changed their rules without notice and did not show sufficient consideration for guests with limited mobility. We will share all of these points with our Product Development and Operations Department, and we are grateful for your recommendations and your continued loyalty.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to learn that the booking process was handled so professionally, that your questions were answered promptly and that the additional days for your group were arranged without difficulty. It is also encouraging to hear that the itinerary allowed you to see so much from day to day, and that our Travel Director's knowledge of the history of each Optional Excursion made the days so enjoyable. We appreciate your kind remarks about your Travel Director and Coach Driver, whose care, professionalism and assistance with luggage clearly made a difference, and we will ensure that your comments are passed on to them. We are also grateful for your observations on the coach and the hotels, and we are pleased that they were clean, comfortable and well suited to your needs. We hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

We will ensure that your kind words are passed on to him, and we hope to welcome you and your wife on another journey in future.
