Costsaver Omdömen

Thank you for such a warm and detailed review, and for choosing us for your first coach tour. We are pleased to learn that the trip exceeded your expectations and that our Travel Director's enthusiasm for history, together with his stories and knowledge, brought each destination to life. It is also encouraging to hear that the small group allowed you to form friendships and enjoy good conversation along the way. We appreciate your kind remarks about our Coach Driver, particularly his safe driving and coordination with the Travel Director, which were clearly recognised by someone with your wife's professional experience. We will ensure that your comments are passed on to both of them. We are also grateful for your observations on the accommodation and the balance of history, culture and natural wonder in the itinerary, and we look forward to welcoming you on your next journey with us.

Thank you for your review, and for choosing us for your first coach tour. We are pleased to learn that you found the experience so enjoyable and that the itinerary delivered the charming towns of Cape Cod and New England that you had hoped to see. It is also encouraging to hear that our Travel Director was so personable and attentive to your needs, and we will ensure that your kind words are passed on to her. We hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to learn that you enjoyed the trip so thoroughly and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made you feel safe, valued and eager for each new day. We will ensure that your kind words are passed on to them. We also appreciate your comments on the hotels. We understand that some rooms were smaller than you might have wished, and we are encouraged that they were clean and that the staff were so accommodating. We hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

Thank you for such a detailed and constructive review, and for travelling with us on two occasions. We are pleased to learn that you found our Travel Directors and Coach Drivers so genuine and dedicated, and we will ensure that your kind words are passed on to them. It is also encouraging that stops such as Hotel Weatherford, Cameron Trading Post and Route 66 added so much to the journey. We are sorry that the hotel at one stop was not up to standard, and that the time allowed at Zion felt so rushed. Your suggestion of either extending the itinerary by a day or reconsidering the stop is a thoughtful one, as is your preference for two-night stays to allow for practical needs such as laundry. We also regret that the slot canyon staff changed their rules without notice and did not show sufficient consideration for guests with limited mobility. We will share all of these points with our Product Development and Operations Department, and we are grateful for your recommendations and your continued loyalty.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to learn that the booking process was handled so professionally, that your questions were answered promptly and that the additional days for your group were arranged without difficulty. It is also encouraging to hear that the itinerary allowed you to see so much from day to day, and that our Travel Director's knowledge of the history of each Optional Excursion made the days so enjoyable. We appreciate your kind remarks about your Travel Director and Coach Driver, whose care, professionalism and assistance with luggage clearly made a difference, and we will ensure that your comments are passed on to them. We are also grateful for your observations on the coach and the hotels, and we are pleased that they were clean, comfortable and well suited to your needs. We hope to welcome you on another journey in future.
