Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Vi samlar självständigt in feedback på uppdrag av de företag som samarbetar med oss. Vår plattform vänder sig endast till verifierade köpare, så du kan vara säker på att du läser omdömen från verkliga kunder.

Thank you very much for your review. We're happy to hear the vast majority of your holiday was excellent - but regret that the Stokesay didn't meet expectations. Our in-depth feedback form is available in paper form in your holiday pack or digitally through our members area, and we'd hugely appreciate any specifics you can provide so we can thoroughly look into that for you.

A hike to remember

Great service everything was arranged and functioned as it should. 10 days of hiking and it was worth it having them take the luggage. Beautiful locations and the people were all warm and friendly

It's always a bit of a gamble, walking in March, but usually it pays off a little better — this year really has been absurdly wet so far, and we're sorry you got caught in the downpour! It's great to hear all our off-season provisions worked well, at least, even if nature chose not to humour any of us. Thank you very much for such a thorough and glowing review; we really appreciate it.

Good walk in the Cotswolds

When there was a small difficulty (taxi transfer), it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Good service from those involved.
