Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Thank you very much for your thorough feedback, and for deciding to trust us with your booking in the first place! We're glad your holiday was enjoyable and that our customer service team were delightful as always. Regarding the one substandard accommodation, we've received your in-depth feedback via our feedback form and will absolutely investigate that. As we have used the accommodation before to good review, we suspect what you experienced might be a recent (or possibly low-season) development and appreciate the immediate alert that things might have changed there. Thank you very much, again, for your input and for choosing our service to walk the Tarka Trail.

It's always great to hear things worked well and our notes are easy to hear - we've been honing them for a while now! We do apologise about that one accommodation that wasn't quite up to scratch. If you could let us know a little more detail about that, we'd love to investigate. Our in-depth feedback form is available via the Members Area on our website. Thank you very much for writing a review!

Thank you very much for your review. We're happy to hear the vast majority of your holiday was excellent - but regret that the Stokesay didn't meet expectations. Our in-depth feedback form is available in paper form in your holiday pack or digitally through our members area, and we'd hugely appreciate any specifics you can provide so we can thoroughly look into that for you.
