The whole process was very simple, ordered the beds online, had to call customer services as I wanted to make a change, customer services where very helpful.

Arrived as expected - with a call to confirm when was appropriate (it was worth the extra charge!). Came direct from Julian Bowen and the couriers where brilliant.
