The course notes are thorough and organised. The tutors explain well but sometimes do not explain well enough.

Needs improving
Registered online classroom but had system failure 4 days in two weeks before exam. Utterly rubbish system and support. Too terrified to sign up for any further courses.

As a distance learner from Australia, found the enrolment process difficult. I was not sent all the materials and had to argue with the staff about getting what I had paid for. I find the website...

Excellently produced course books and good quality on line lectures. Support from tutors, although I don't often use it is solid too.

Horrendous - would avoid at all costs
Was mistreated throughout my studies. Took two months to set me up as a student, at which point they provided me with someone else's details (personal, at that). At the time it wasn't made clear...
