The materials are good and the way the tutor explains is very clear and straight forward
Great service from the admin team helping with sorting out issues and booking exam slots.
Timely and responsive feedback from lecturers through the courses.
I found it very difficult to get hold of anyone if I needed a quick response from BPP. The exam booking system is very archaic without an option to pay online or to view available dates online. The...

Thank you for providing your recent feedback, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment with our services. We were aware of slight delays and issues in some students receiving their learning materials in a timely manner. Please be assured we have since upgraded our warehouse and incorporated robust tracking systems in order for this not to be repeated. Please accept our apologies.
Customer Service is a real weak point, it can be very painful booking courses and often there were mistakes.
