Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Website easy to navigate and getting insurance was a breeze. Not had to claim so can’t comment there.

Website easy to navigate. Insurance cover stacks up well versus other providers. Cost mid range but helped by 10% off with Rutland Cycles. Guess you only really understand how good the cover is if...

Thanks for the feedback Mel. Unfortunately, due to the time it takes to set up the Direct Debit instruction, we can often miss the first chosen payment date (and very rarely the 2nd too!). We fully appreciate that this isn't ideal, and are looking into making this process much slicker. With regards to paperwork, due to the flexible policy, that allows changes to be made at any time, printed documents can be out of date very quickly, and we like to look after the trees, so you can access your up to date policy documents at any time from within your Bikmo account.
