Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

Calls up and asks if paper work would be sent out said its all done on line wich is rathar a bit stupit how do I reply know that am cover for push bike insurance

Hi Darren, thanks for your feedback. We don't automatically post out the paper documents, as this saves the environment a little, and they can be out of date very quickly. You are able to view your documents and make policy changes at any time, and at no cost, via your Bikmo account. This means that, if you added a new set of wheels and needed to increase your cover, you can do, and your policy docs would be up to date immediately. I hope this helps explain a bit better, and I've sent you an email too.

The website was basic and clearly laid out, yet lacked detail into each aspect of the policy. A click through link to finer details would be beneficial. For example I spent considerable time trying...
