Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Only just took out their bike insurance, however their customer service was. Second to none, got in touch with me within mins and were concise

I have not made a claim (and hope not to!). How an insurer responds to a claim is the real test of their services in my opinion. However, I found the person I spoke to on the phone helpful and clear...
