Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

good cycling insurance with great service

Great service also very easy to use for insurance but have not claimed so no experience of this.

Friendly and helpful!

Got through to a friendly advisor straight away who was really helpful. I’m really happy with what Bikmo offered me and I certainly feel I have peace of mind now!

Helpful and concise

Very helpful and clear when I ask for further details regarding insuarnave coverage and explained to me where I could find details in the small print.

So glad I've finally got insurance after around 6 months since perchase

I've ordered my new lock so I'll b covered properly see what happens in the future I can't see much as of now I've got 3 really good locks so hopefully I won't b claiming lol 😂

Poor customer service

Overall disappointed with the service provided. Have called twice to resolve a issue with pricing and promised vouchers. Whilst the advisors were helpful and promised to correct the issues they...

We really do apologise for the experience you received and have contacted you directly with a full explanation. A recent system update resulted in a bug, which was the cause of the issue...and human error on our part, which we are extremely sorry for.
