Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

They do as they say!!

Since being with Bikmo I’ve had no problems with the service and when i sadly had to claim ... wheel pot hole puddle ...sound familiar there was a no quibble policy and my experience was fab.

A technical fault which will not only result in charges to my account, but also a negative impact on my credit rating. I appreciate that I will be reimbursed for any charges, but what can be done about the negative impact on my credit rating? Also, it has now been 7 days since I called to get this sorted and, either the payment has been taken out of my account again or, the funds haven't been returned to my account. It's all becoming a bit of a joke.

Excellent but Bike insurance is more expensive than my Camper Van..so unfortunately had to cancel this year.
