Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Great Company

I can get the insurance for my bike at a cheaper premium with another company however the way Bikmo deal with things the customer service and the cover they offer is worth the extra £10pm

Abschluss der Versicherung war super einfach. Mehr kann ich gut sei Dank noch nicht sagen, da ich bislang keine Leistungen in Anspruch nehmen musste

Bike sorted quickly when I needed it.

Bikmo sorted my claim very quickly when I damaged my rear wheel on a commute. Had my bike repaired and back on the road with minimum hassle. 👍🏼

Not really a discount via British’s cycling membership.

I trusted I was receiving an exclusive rate via British cycling membership but it was literally a few pounds difference and more expensive than other insurers.

If even only a few pounds in your case, we are able to offer our British Cycling Bike Insurance products for their members at exclusive rates. We appreciate that this won't save you enough to buy a new bike, but the savings should be enough to keep you fuelled by cake for a while.

Human service was fine. However, a computer glitch made it irritating. I don't know at which end it happened, and after a couple of emails with you rep it cleared itself.
