Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Thanks for the feedback, and for raising these points. We are currently working on the dashboard navigation, so this should be resolved fairly soon. The 'Kit list' is just there to store details of your bikes and kit in one handy place. It's not actually a requirement, but we do add a reminder to take a look at the 'Kit list' function to your 'welcome email', which you should have received a few minutes after taking out your policy. Apologies for this not being as slick as it should be, but this will be fixed soon. Welcome aboard from all of the team.
