Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

Kurz und präzise, einfach super.

Die Registrierung ist schnell und einfach zu durchlaufen. Keine unnötigen Fragen, nur das Wichtigste. Transparente Darstellung der Vertragspartner. So müsste es überall laufen.

Terrible service took 8 months to get a bike replacement whilst paying for a premium on a bike which was stolen They were terrible should have paid me out but refused so forced to replace bike out...

Unfortunately, the manufacturer issues and delays you experienced were beyond our control. The replacement, being the same model as you had, is worth the same as the previous bike, so you are back in the same position after your claim. Obviously, it would always be our preference to get you back in the saddle much sooner as, with two National Champions and 14K miles between them this year, the Bikmo customer service team very much appreciate the joys of riding.

If you can’t replace a bike within a reasonable time you should pay out your customers no excuses or flannel Bikes at 7k depreciate rapidly so I’m not in the same position I’m £2500 worse off but being a cyclist you would know this

Nothing to be honest. It was fine - Didn't know it automatically rolled over and was planning on changing insurers but guess I won't now.

We do our best to highlight the 'Auto renewal' within the renewal quote email, but you must have missed this. No worries though, there is a 14 day cooling off period if you feel that the policy no longer meets your needs.
