Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Hur hanterar vi falska omdömen?

Feefo förhindrar att kunder lämnar falska omdömen, eftersom vi bara erbjuder verifierade köpare att lämna feedback.

Thanks for your feedback Shane. We aim to provide a comprehensive policy that meets the needs of most cyclists, whist also being competitive within the market. Unfortunately, there are riders that may be able to find an alternative policy with fewer benefits, that better meets their needs.

Hallo Alex, ja sorry habe ich erst beim ersten Einloggen gesehen. Alles perfekt. Dann gibt's zu den 5 Sternen noch ein "+". Und, ich hoffe mein Bike nebst Ausrüstung bleibt mir erhalten und ich brauche Eure Dienste über die Laufzeit nicht. Wenn doch, wird es sicher mit der Zufriedenheit weitergehen ;-)
