I have had quality of manufacturing issues. But BI did not replace product. They had it repaired. But it has not been 100%.

Good Afternoon Mr Mostofi,
We are sorry to see you only gave us 2 stars for our service. I can see from our records that you contacted us on the 30th of October 2016. A technician called out and successfully repaired the upholstery on the 21st of November. Bearing in mind the upholstery was repaired in less than a month we are disappointed to see you did not feel we were attentive to the problem. As advised during direct correspondence, you signed the technicians report confirming the furniture had been rectified to your satisfaction during the visit and confirming that the complaint had been resolved. On that basis we would not replace the unit.

The Belluno Upholstery range is one of our bestselling and we have had very little quality issues. As noted during direct correspondence we cannot see any fault with the end cushion. As advised leather does stretch and interiors soften with use. This is perfectly natural. However we have relayed your comments and photos to the manufacturer and will contact you directly when we hear.
