The glass table was delayed in delivery, maybe by a supplier? It's weight was an obvious mistake as the whole piece was erected and delivered whole by the porters who were only just able to manage...

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with valued feedback. We are sorry that the coffee table was delayed. Our delivery guides are estimated as we are reliant on our suppliers until the goods arrive with us. Our delivery team do have to carry very heavy items, such as solid marble dining tables which require three people to lift and carry. Luckily our team are very experienced and skilled in handling difficult and heavy furniture.
always the best service - which is why since we moved out of the area we are still happy to travel back to the showroom
