When assessing prices, underwriters look atfactors such as claims experiencewithin the postcode area that you live - if we've seen an increase in the number of claims (as examples; a rise in burglaries, storm & flood claims)we would deem this to be a higher risk & that would be reflected in the price. Overall, insurance is a risk-based premium and based on statistics. The premium is based on that perceived risk. It's great to see though that you benefitted from a discretionary loyalty discount.
