Generally very good.
All payments for options are clearly shown on the booking. I am sure though that a reminder by email, that the final payment is due would help everyone.

Excellent customer service
Customer service excellent and made booking by phone easy. I amended my booking without issue and they actually answered the phone so no long wait or tiresome queuing. I am hoping the actual cruise...
