Ease of booking
I found ease of booking very good to do it online like other companies wich will make a lot of customers to use them instead of sitting in a phone queue and to wish them all the best with new cruise...

Fairly good generally
If requested and possibly paid for paper copies sent. Ours have all gone into spam and had possibly been missed. Generally the slightly older generation booking cruises are not always good on the...

Website not easily accessible for a novice internet user eg finding deck / cabins when we booked An expert may have different opinions.
