Awkward not all in one place
As a merlin pass owner to book hotel and extras e.g. Water park and fireworks it's not all in one place and the water park has two different prices depending on how you book it. Its £18 difference...

Easy booking
Easy to use website. Lots of information but could show a few more photos of room and more info on the entertainment times. Very friendly staff on the phone. provided lots of information and advice.

Booked hotel but no mention till after booking that the theme park is closed those dates.

Advisor was brilliant!
I spoke to an advisor called Izzy who was extremely helpful and knowledgable whilst I was booking the Santa sleepover.
Her customer service was brilliant.
