Prices changed almost by £50 difference with a better deal a few days after booking, had to pay £20 cancellation to rebook same room on same date to get better price

I was charged £8.14 for the phonecall plus £10.47 VAT.
£18 charge to book a holiday which has cost me £316.50 already is appalling.

Personable service. Although a little scripted at times. Lady who booked me was lovely. Relatable. Shame they didnt have knowledge of the restaurants. Maybe get then all into the park and facilities...
