I spoke to Coco to make my booking. She provided an excellent service, a perfect balance of information and a very personable manner. She is a credit to Alton Towers and it shows great training.

Disappointing
The actual booking experience was fine however, I am extrely disappointed that it has let me book for me to then read further to find out that I can not access the water park with my 2 children...
