Good experience booking Alton Towers Hotel.
The site was reasonably eary to navigate. It was a little bit slow but that may have been due to the site being busy. Overall a good experience.

Lots of room for improvement for short stay bookings with children over 12.
When trying to book for one parent and two not so young children, the off-site hotels allocate a double bed and a sofa bed. This is inadequate and would not work for us so it was hard to find...

Good
It was easy to book, but it would be nice to know if booking the lodge/hotel as merlin pass holder if you still need to book your £1 ticket.

Very helpful service. Lady on phone was amazing and patient. Would highly recommend booking by phone because online is terrible, cant booo seperate hotels and park tickets for some but not for...
