A little confusing but pretty easy otherwise!
Easy to book online however found it very strange you had to add a day in the theme park to the hotel price. Kind of seems a little pricey if I’m honest.
Like Thorpe park, everything is included....

Poor service, poor value, definitely should have waited a while
I have to be honest, even understanding the hardship of new measures required. Worst experience from merlin we’ve had. Feel dissatisfied and as if we haven’t got our monies worth at all.
