Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. The fan is not designed to accommodate 7-8 Amps approximately having a 24w motor, which is why you may have encountered issues with installation. We do offer after-sales support via chat, email and phone and are always happy to answer any technical queries, particularly around installation.
