Package arrived over a week and a half late with one of the Items out of stock

I ordered on the 13th of nov and didnt get my order at all it took 3 weeks for it to be dispatched and then it got lost in transit

Very good service. Delivery took a while thou. Items were christmas presents and just what I needed

It took three weeks for my order to arrive and when it did 3 items were missing. Costumer services have not responded to my email.
