We can confirm that if any items arrived damaged you can send images of the damaged items to our customer service team to enquiries@theworks.co.uk who will try to resolve this issue, alternatively any damaged items can be returned to any one of our stores. This will be passed to the relevant department for further training to ensure you receive our excellent customer service. After careful consideration, we have decided to end our Together Rewards loyalty scheme. We've done our best to avoid putting up prices during the cost of living crisis, but to ensure we can continue to offer the best value and service, we've had to look at other ways to make savings. It wasn't a decision the business took lightly but we know that everyday, affordable prices are the most important thing to our customers and we'd like to keep it that way.
