Don’t order online

I got sent the completely wrong items, none of the ones I had ordered. Sent it back the same day and still not even had an email to say it’s been received. Awaiting my £35 refund . Won’t ever order...

Better to shop in store!

I ordered 6 items, 2 could not be fulfilled and were refunded. Only 2 items were delivered, had to contact to find out what happened to the other 2 items. Then I was told they wouldn’t be coming...

Items arrived damaged

Unfortunately 2 out of 3 items arrived damaged. The cost of the items was refunded after sending photographic proof however the £5.99 postage was not refunded. I wouldn’t order again, I’ll go instore.
