Disappointed

It hard to weight a review when you haven’t received my hand creams yet .One order was Jan 3/23 and one onJan 9/23 .I have been told both orders have been shipped but there is no updateds

Thank you for your response. As of today (January 26/23) Royal Mail still has no updates but they no longer send me to a letter to read about their delays . I am so looking forward to using your products
