Yes, that is the status from February 9th. It has been leaving the UK since February 9th. Today is February 22nd. In the same time period I’ve received 2 packages shipped from the UK via Royal Mail with no issues. I’ve read other reviews here - my experience is not unique. Writing a response to state that it is in transit out of the UK is disingenuous and not helpful in the slightest way. To make sure we are on the same page: The last update on my shipment using the tracking information provided was on February 9th. At what point is the package considered lost?

I’ve reread my response and apologize for the snarky tone. I’ve just read the update issued yesterday by the Royal Mail about the Cyber Incident (what a polite way to say MASSIVE HACK) and it appears that regular parcel service has resumed. Let’s give the package a bit of time to get here. If I haven’t received it in 10 days, I’ll let you know and I’d appreciate having another order sent then. I’ve read great things about your lotion bars, I have an autoimmune condition and the meds I take make me look like I’m a resurrected mummy - I’d hate to miss out on tryin* something that could help. Thanks for the follow up.

The order arrived! Oh my goodness - the lotion bars are just lovely. I have an autoimmune condition, the medications I have to take leave my skin looking like I’m a dehydrated mummy. The lotion bars have been a blessing - I use them on my hands and on my feet at night with cotton gloves and socks, in the morning I wake up with baby smooth skin. Thank you again for your help getting the tracking worked out. You have a new loyal customer!
