I can't really comment on service, due the policy being taken out online & there was zero interaction with any of REAL insurance team members.

Quick efficient service. The first operator didn't really know what to do but after transfer to Australian operator my issue was handled very efficiently.
I had a total loss claim. It was a traumatic experience especially when your child is on the front seat with you but the claims team as well as the chosen assessor were empathetic and understanding....
