We're sorry to hear that booking your holidays wasn't as smooth are you or we had hoped. The delay with your second holiday was due to us having to request both an extra hotel room for you and a flight from East Midlands Airport rather than Birmingham. Unfortunately we weren't able to confirm your holiday until we had both room and flight in place. Despite the frustrating delay,we hope the courtesy calls from my colleagues keep you updated in the days before we had your arrangements in place. Hello and thanks for your feedback. Advice as to the deposit and balance payments is reached from the Travel Info tab then the How to Book page on the website. It's also clarified on the Booking Conditions which are linked from the same page or view viewable during the online booking process. I hope this helps - we do recognise that some information could stand out more on some of our web pages are currently working on this. Regarding the glitch you reported with the email links sent on completing your booking, we are aware of a technical fault which affected our website on Sunday, and we're sorry for the frustration that this must have caused you.
