Thanks very much for your review; I'm glad you enjoyed your holiday so much and managed to see so much both on and off the beaten track in your week. Finding a hotel in Marrakech which is ideal on all fronts has proved something of a challenge over the years. After many visits to the city, we thought we'd found the perfect fit in terms of location, facilities and the sort of place to base our brand of holiday! We continuously monitor feedback on the hotels we use to maintain standards and we'll certainly keep an eye on this one for you. We're always happy to answer questions about our hotels and any other aspect of our holidays, so feel free to get in touch again before your next holiday with us. Angus Russell Planning Manager
